You are the Buddha

If you haven't become yourself yet

Then you have an endless opportunity

be yourself

is the only purpose of survival

Your biggest supporter is yourself

when you achieve yourself

It is the greatest charity

you are Buddha

This is the most supreme offering

It is the supreme samadhi

Support yourself like a Buddha

You will have no regrets in your life

Buddha is gentle, Buddha is love

What pervades everything is Buddha and love

When you make offerings to yourself, it’s like making offerings to the Buddha

You will only love yourself more and more

Until you completely dissolve in love

This is Buddha

This is God

Find a lifestyle that makes you truly happy

This is the way to become a Buddha

你就是佛

如果你還沒成為自己

那麼你擁有一份無限可能的機會

成為自己

是生存的唯一目的

你最大的供養對象是自己

當你成就自己

就是最最大的佈施

你是佛

這是最無上的供養

是無上三昧

把自己當佛一樣供養著

你的人生才不會有遺憾

佛是溫柔的、佛是愛

遍及一切的是佛、是愛

當你供養自己如同供佛

你只會愈來愈愛你自己

直到你完全溶解在愛裡

這就是佛

這就是神

找尋讓你真心至喜極樂的生活方式

這是成佛之道

是神的禮物
